I want to talk for a few minutes about space – the felt-sense of space – the felt-sense of this space that pervades us. 37
Breathe in your pelvis, and open into the quality of awareness – clear space. Add in the quality of physical sensation, it’s quite textured… 5
Let yourself be drawn inside. Initiating the breath there. Experiencing the sensations of the breath as pleasureable. 28
Close your eyes, and find your throat chakra. Just behind your throat chakra is a little reservoir filled with golden nectar. 19
So here we are in this beautiful state, and I invite you to bring to mind somebody that when you’re with them, you often feel inferior. 11
Close your eyes, feel your feet on the ground. Receive the support of this earth. Let yourself open, soften, and deepen into this moment. Just this. 6

Close your eyes for a moment. So – was the reality of human experiences allowed, or not for you? And then reflect on how you protected yourself. 10

To inhabit your whole body, to integrate the breath and energy, and to allow the mind and body to be in its natural state of oneness. 38

Connecting the breath with the energy, draw the breath straight back through the nostrils, and let it release. 38
So it’s a whole lot of letting go with our habits of seeing, that shift to being the consciousness. 6
Bring your attention down to your feet. Make deep contact with the space in your feet. Attune to the quality of self. 32

Breathing in the heart chakra, feel the space behind you, as if you could relax back into a chaise lounge. 21
Find something in your environment, not a person, and let the light come in through the middle third of your eyes as you’re breathing in your heart. 9
Breathing your heart chakra, see what happens, if you touch the heart chakra gently all the way around, and it may soften and draw you deeper inside. 6
So let’s all explore this. Let’s start with Quiet. And feel that in your body. And then Presence. Quiet Presence. and then Listening. Quiet Presence Listening. 14
We’re going to breathe in each of the chakras, so bring your attention to the center of your head, and breathe there in such a way …. 31
So find the center of your head. Initiate the breath there in such a way that it vibrates. Let it vibrate through the whole head, clearing the space. 8
Finding the centers of both knees, balancing those two points, and opening into the ground of stillness. 36
If you’re breathing in your heart chakra right now, sense if there’s any folding in the heart, and breathe in such a way that the heart chakra unfolds. 30

So see if you can feel your feet on the ground. And feel that you’re in your feet, your legs, and in your whole body, open in the ground of awareness … 60
So now find all three centers at the same time, and we’re centering ourselves in the ground of being. 27
Step one in this practice is to gather energy in the dan tien, and the dan tien is about the size of the palm … 6
When this is taught oftentimes, you use your finger to block it, but we’re not going to. We’re just going to breathe in through the right nostril … 24
Close your eyes, and let an experience, “Am I ever going to feel whole?” All kinds of doubt. Let a particular doubt come into your body. 12
As if someone took a pencil or pen or crayon and drew a little outline of each foot, feel that outline of your feet. 21
We’re going out by feeling gravity, just by sitting here and lifting our heels off the ground, and letting them bound on the ground. 34

Find your centers. of the soles of your heels, let them open, and let them receive love, tenderness, compassion, from this great heart. 10

Find your heart chakra. Find it, and see if there’s a jewel there. The light comes in. The light of love comes in. And see if there are colors or sounds there. 23

When you get standing in a place, wiggle your toes, and rock from side to side on your feet. 18
Find the center of your head. And you might go around it gently, letting it soften, and it draws you in. Deeper and deeper in. 8
