My Journey
I have an abiding faith that each person is first and foremost a spiritual being.
With decades of experience in the Realization Process, Neigong, and Tantric Buddhism, I teach a direct path to embodied nondual awakening.
Here’s what might happen in a session, I offer subtle, relational, spacious, precise, and grounded guidance. Attuned to the subtle dimensions of energy and consciousness, I help clients touch into tender inner landscapes shaped by pain, trauma, and protective patterns—places that may have long felt hidden or unreachable.
Rather than treating healing and awakening as separate processes, the session unfolds as one movement: the organism finding itself in the ground. As the client comes into deeper contact with the body, breath, and subtle core, layers of fear, shame, grief, and stored pain can begin to release. What has been bound or defended may reveal itself within a larger field of presence, allowing insight, compassion, and authenticity to emerge naturally.
The past may still be remembered, but it no longer defines the person in the same way. Its charge softens. Its grip loosens. Trauma is not forced to disappear; it becomes integrated within a deeper sense of wholeness, presence, and embodied nondual realization.Awakening unveils a subtle luminosity—felt as truth and immediacy throughout the whole body. Attuned to subtle dimensions of energy and consciousness,, I offer guidance that is subtle, relational, spacious, precise, grounded, and catalytic. The session shows healing and awakening not as two separate processes, but as one movement of the organism finding itself in the ground. with precision and care. Together, we touch into tender inner landscapes that have long felt hidden or unreachable. shaped through pain, trauma, and defensive patterns.
Layers of shame, fear, and grief begin to release, fostering insight and compassion. In these subtle dimensions, long-hidden aspects of the self reveal themselves and release into a deeper sense of presence and authenticity.navigating complex trauma, including tender inner layers of experience that have long felt hidden or unreachable, and through facilitating natural and spontaneous releases of trauma and pain. Healing as release and integration: subtle, relational, spacious, precise, grounded, and catalytic. The session shows healing and awakening not as two separate processes, but as one movement of the organism finding itself in the ground.
It is about releasing stored pain, trauma, and unprocessed emotions, and integrating these experiences in such a way that they no longer define or limit the individual. The client may still experience these past traumas, but their relationship to them changes. They no longer hold the same charge or grip.
The wisdom of my teachers has been essential. A physician introduced me to nondual meditation. A Taoist revealed how to transmute suffering into peace. Judith Blackstone helped me release layers of trauma and live within my whole body.
With deep gratitude, I created the Embodied Nondual Mentoring Program to support experienced practitioners and certified Realization Process teachers in deepening their realization and living it in relationship. This work unfolds within a vibrant global community grounded in mutual resonance..
Beginning in 2026, Mentoring Presence and Mentoring Intimacy will be offered by senior mentors Jason von Halle, Marika Baxter, and Mikael Moufarrij. I continue to offer advanced eight-month programs, including Mentoring Freedom, Mentoring Synergy, and Mentoring Love, as well as the annual retreat *Awakening into the Wild Heart of Reality*.
My path has been shaped through both devotion and disruption. A spinal injury left me paralyzed during pregnancy, and years of recovery led me into deep meditation and a profound reorganization of my life. Through this, I came to know that transformation is not conceptual—it is lived in the body.
This understanding guided my doctoral work in Integral Philosophy at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I explored how perception shapes experience and how transformation restructures the psyche at its core.
Since 2007, I have studied extensively with Judith Blackstone and have taught thousands of hours worldwide as a Senior Realization Process teacher. My training also includes decades of Qigong practice and authorization to teach Tao from Sifu Joe Hing Kwok Chu.
At the core of this work is a simple realization: the deepest truths are not just realized—they are lived.
This path is not about attaining something new. It is about directly recognizing the ground of your being and living from it—within your body, your relationships, and your daily life.
I teach the path I have been traveling.
I invite you to awaken to your spiritual essence—grounded in the absolute uniqueness of your being and the radiance of your true nature.
