Unity for Women

4 – 5:30 pm Pacific

At the heart of the Realization Process Process are practices that directly facilitate body-mind integration and practices that release trauma-based constrictions in our body. Each of the Thursday series described below focus on RP meditations and RP release techniques essential for:

  • Refining and deepening inward contact with our body
  • Recognizing and releasing trauma-based constictions in our body
  • Relating to others in authentic, mutually-nourishing relationships
  • Becoming more whole within ourself and open to our environment

We can reach the essence of ourselves, a dimension of consciousness that has never been wounded or conditioned. None of our innate functions – our creativity or our capacity to love or think or experience sexual pleasure, to name just a few – can be diminished by another person. We can only constrict our own attunement to these indestructible aspects of our own being. We can heal from the core. Releasing limiting patterns frees us to love, create, speak, and experience delight.

Always, tenderness matters. Gentleness matters. Presence matters. Embodying our authentic nature manifests in our sparkling eyes, vibrant voice, and sensuous touch.

Sensitive to the luminosity emanating from living beings, I offer gentle, precise guidance, grounding, real-time tracking, and practical feedback. I look forward to being with you on this journey.

Unity for Women

Spontaneously present, infinitely spacious, fundamental consciousness may be experienced as a sheer transparency pervading our whole body and environment. Embodying this clear light can be as natural as breathing. As we deepen contact with the internal space of our body, recognize and release limiting organizational patterns, and refine our breath and our senses, we may realize the luminous essence that pervades everything in nature.

Attuning together in this series, we’ll explore how to

  • realize the internal unity of our being
    • integrate breath and energy
    • Integrate the qualities of being human
    • Integrate the qualities of fundamental consciousness
  • perceive this unwavering luminous transparency pervading us as a unity
    • Integrate the senses
    • Integrate presence and emptiness
  • connect authentically, experiencing mutually nourishing resonance
    • integrate wholeness and oneness
    • speak and listen as fundamental consciousness

Alive and responsive to our environment, we feel joyous, creative, and complete.

Be transformed by the depth of resonance within the field.
