Unity in Community

Autumn Portal

At the heart of the Realization Process are practices that directly facilitate body-mind integration and practices that release trauma-based constrictions in our body. We can reach the essence of ourselves, a dimension of consciousness that has never been wounded or conditioned. None of our innate functions – our creativity or our capacity to love or think or experience sexual pleasure, to name just a few – can be diminished by another person. We can only constrict our own attunement to these indestructible aspects of our own being. We can heal from the core.

Winter Unity in Community

Dissolving obstacles to intimacy asks us to be deeply in touch with our authentic self. As our hearts open to illuminate our true nature, we uncover the oneness of the spiritual dimension, overcome boundary problems, and heal traumatic relational wounds. As we recognize and disentage from toxic relational patterns and discern the relational goodness that’s realistically available to us, we cultivate our capacity to respond skillfully to our own and others’ human needs for safety, belonging, and deep connection. We learn to speak again with love. Weaving Realization Process practices into subtle somatic inquiries liberates us to embrace life fully.

Spring Unity in Community

Delight arises spontaneously when we feel joyously alive and responsive to the pleasures in our environment. The felt-sense of delight is akin to gladness, which lightens our hearts. In this five-week series, we will attune to a subtle level of consciousness everywhere in the body that gives us access to pure delight. It’s as if a deeper form of light illuminates the world as it truly is. Through meditations and somatic inquires, we explore how to:

  • See with the top, middle, and bottom of our eyes
  • See, hear, and touch as fundamental consciousness
  • Release projections and constrictions from our senses
  • “Feel-see”  the vibrancy within trees, the permeability of walls, and patterns of openness and defense in people
  • Perceive that all life emerges out of and even appears to be made of this same undivided consciousness as our own self

Autumn Unity in Community

Our inner journey towards wholeness, towards living consciously within our whole body, includes gifts such as becoming present and receptive, feeling agency, developing self-love, grounding, and resilience. In this series, we will explore how to recognize and release patterns of leaving, merging, enduring, aggressiveness, and rigidity so that we can experience oneness with others, without losing contact with our self. It is our birthright to feel vibrantly alive, substantive, and secure, awake and responsive to the world around us.

Open to a small-group experienced nondual meditators who seek to consciously walk this path of awakening as a community.
