Summer Retreat July 27-31, 2026

An illuminated body
living in truth
living in power
living in love

Nonduality is the wholly mysterious experience that we are made of a luminous unified field of consciousness at the same time that we experience ourselves as made of matter. Experiencing this utter truth of life reaps an unmistakeable deepening of our ability to love, create, speak, and experience delight. Freedom manifests in our sparking eyes, vibrant voice, and sensuous touch. Deepening Retreats are open to certified Realization Process teachers and experienced RP meditators.

Living Stillness, Moving Light

Do you seek to realize the nonduality of your innate nature?
Do you long to feel the utter truth of it throughout your whole body?

This retreat is an invitation to deepen into the nonduality of your innate nature and to feel its truth throughout your whole body.

We weave Realization Process and Taoist practices through seated meditation, movement, touch, sound, art, dialogue, and time in nature. In this atmosphere, the body softens, perception shifts, and subtle fragmentations release. Thoughts, sensations, and perceptions begin to move as one unity. Even the simplest gesture can feel filled with intelligence and love.

A taste of what is alive in our recent work:

  • The Subtle Core as Gateway. The innermost channel of the body opens directly into the fundamental dimension. From here, we disentangle from experience while remaining fully alive within it.
  • Internal Coherence and the Qualities of Being. Inhabiting the body reveals an authentic self—coherent, whole, and resonant with intelligence, love, and power. These qualities are not constructed, but uncovered.
  • Authenticity and Aliveness. Embodied realization is not self-denial. It uncovers a life that is more vibrant, impactful, and pleasurable—a transparent presence that is also human, alive, and responsive.

Our core retreat hours are 9:45 am–4:15 pm, with room on both sides of the day to rest, swim, walk, gather, or simply linger together.

We’ll offer a light breakfast starting at 9:00 am for those who would like to arrive early and settle in together. Please bring your own lunch daily.

Mornings center on subtle, somatic, unity-consciousness meditations. Afternoons open into creative and relational exploration—through movement, sound, art, pair work, and time in nature.

As our time together unfolds, the structure softens, allowing space for reflection and unstructured presence: alone in nature, in pairs or small groups, or together. Art materials will be available throughout the retreat for those who feel drawn to draw, paint, or create as part of their process. There will also be optional opportunities for swimming, walking through Esther Clark Park, napping in hammocks, enjoying an evening potluck by the pool, and watsu, as weather permits.

Please email me back right away if you would like to come.

Please confirm your reservation by sending the $800 retreat fee to rhammel@pacbell.net through Zelle or PayPal Friends and Family. Please select “Friends and Family” so the full amount goes toward the retreat.

Nourished by nature and nurtured by the kindness of others, our hearts become wild and fierce, our bodies luminous and self-aware, our minds keen and clear.
